What we can and cannot do
We can: answer questions about the hill, its hours, its steps and its
fares, and point you at the tour that fits what you want.
We cannot: change, cancel or refund a booking. Every tour on this site is
booked and run by the operator whose name is on the listing, and your confirmation email
comes from them.
Please do: tell us when a price or an opening time here is out of date.
That is the most useful message we get.
Booking changes and refunds
Your booking confirmation carries the operator’s own contact details and their cancellation link. Every tour listed here refunds in full up to 24 hours before the start time, and that window is managed by the operator, not by us. For anything to do with a date, a meeting point or a refund, go to them first — they are the ones who can act on it.
Who we are
Montmartre Paris Tours is a small editorial team that puts the guided walks, food tours and private mornings on the Butte Montmartre in one place, and checks the hours, prices and access against the basilica, the museums and the City of Paris before publishing them. Hours
The neighbourhood is public and open at all hours. The basilica is open 6.30am–10.30pm daily; its dome opens 10.30am–8.45pm.
